Our craft is the part you never taste. Micro-oil technology lets us give chocolate a purpose without changing a thing about the chocolate.

Before it meets the chocolate, every active ingredient is enclosed in a microscopic droplet of oil.
ii. Protected
The droplet shields sensitive ingredients and keeps their taste to itself.

What reaches you is 70% dark chocolate: deep, bittersweet and smooth. No taste of vitamins. No grain. Just chocolate.

We start where every great bar starts: carefully selected cocoa, worked by Italian chocolatiers with patience and precision. Seventy per cent cocoa gives it depth, a clean snap and a slow, smooth melt. We added purpose. We took nothing away.
